CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

You may cancel your Valar Gaming account at any time. Cancellation is free and can be initiated by contacting our support team. We believe you should always be in control of your account and data.

2. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION

Upon account cancellation:

  • Any unspent Valar Coins in your account will be forfeited
  • Your game progress, scores, and achievements will be permanently deleted
  • Your username will be released and may become available to other users
  • Leaderboard entries associated with your account will be removed
  • Any premium game unlocks will be revoked

3. HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel your account:

  1. Email our support team at support@tryvalargaming.com
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Confirm that you understand your data will be deleted

4. COOLING-OFF PERIOD

After submitting a cancellation request, you have a 7-day cooling-off period during which you can reverse the cancellation by contacting support. After 7 days, the cancellation is final and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. OUTSTANDING PURCHASES

If you have a pending Valar Coin purchase at the time of cancellation, the transaction will be completed before your account is closed. You may still request a refund for eligible purchases in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. REACTIVATION

Once an account has been fully cancelled and data deleted, it cannot be restored. You are welcome to create a new account, but previous progress, purchases, and Valar Coins cannot be recovered.
