REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Valar Coins made on the Valar Gaming platform. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

You may request a full refund if:

  • The refund is requested within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • The purchased Valar Coins have not been spent or used in any way
  • Your account is in good standing and has not been flagged for abuse

Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if some but not all coins from a purchase have been spent.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Valar Coins that have been fully spent
  • Bonus coins received as part of a promotional offer
  • Valar Coins earned through gameplay (these have no monetary value)
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

  1. Email our support team at support@tryvalargaming.com
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request

5. PROCESSING TIME

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

6. REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

7. DISPUTES

If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in account suspension.
